Poison Idea "War All The Time"

FORMAT

Despite being happily hunkered down in their Pacific Northwest bubble, Poison Idea continued to gain cache as the 1980s plowed along, due in no small part to the worldwide acclaim received by their 1986 debut album, "Kings Of Punk." Recorded over the summer of 1987 and named after a book by famous boozebag poet Charles Bukowksi, "War All The Time" somehow managed to surpass the unbridled mayhem of "Kings Of Punk," as proven by the blistering opener "The Temple." As the next volume in TKO•s Poison Idea Remasters series, this newly sourced version of "War All The Time" proves the album to be a crucial, if sometimes overlooked, part of Poison Idea's hefty oeuvre.
