Hot Hot Heat "Scenes One Through Thirteen"

From Victoria, British Columbia HOT HOT HEAT have quickly been making their name known on the west coast with their split LP and two 7" releases. Having toured both the west coast of Canada and the States, they have share stages with VUE, THE LOCUST, and THE RAPTURE. Their "no-wave" or "synth-wave" style of post punk is quite unique, most notably for the fact that they do not use any guitars! They consist entirely of keyboards, bass, drums, and vocals - with screamed / sung lyrics that will bring to mind bands such as SUNSHINE, LOCUST, and THE VSS. Fun and vicious angular post punk from a band recently signed to Sub Pop Records.
