Formed by members of influential bands like Maximum Penalty, Breakdown, Social Disorder, Sarcasm and First Order, Lament took the raw power of 1980s New York hardcore and pushed it forward with a new energy and sound. Throughout the early 1990s, Lament toured extensively, sharing stages with peers including Merauder, Sub Zero, Darkside and Starkweather. Now, for the first time in 35 years, a complete time capsule of Lament's debut release, "Drowning Room," is available, featuring previously unreleased tracks from the original recording sessions, fully remixed and remastered. Limited edition of 300 copies.
