We also accept payments via PayPal under certain circumstances (see below).
Payment by Check, Cash, or Money Order
You can pay by Check, Money Order, International Money Order or cash by downloading and printing our Mailorder Form (35K pdf, you will need Acrobat Reader to view it) and mailing it in with payment or by placing your order online and mailing in the payment (please put your order number on your check or money order). Checks should be made payable to: "Revelation Records." First read the "Ordering and Payment Information" on page two, then fill out the order form and send it, along with payment to the address listed in the Contact Us page. Please do not forget to review the regular and foreign shipping rates and be sure to include the proper amount for shipping. Please only send cash via Registered Mail, we are not responsible for cash lost or stolen in the mail. Please note all orders paid by check will be held until the check clears through your bank (usually four weeks). If your check is not valid you will be charged a $25.00 bank fee.
Paying for an order through PayPal
We are sorry, but due to fraud we don't accept PayPal except in rare instances. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We still accept Visa and Mastercard, or you can send a check or money order (see above for details) to P.O. Box 5232, Huntintgton Beach, CA 92615. Sorry for any inconvenience.
If you're pre-ordering an item along with a regular order of available merchandise, please note the following: If the pre-ordered item's release date is within two weeks of the day you place your order, your entire order will not be shipped until your pre-ordered item arrives (this will save you some money on shipping). If you want us to ship available items immediately, please say so in the "Comments" section. Shipping charges will apply to each separate shipment.
If the pre-ordered item's release date is more than two weeks away, we will automatically ship available items immediately. We will ship your pre-ordered item when it arrives, and separate shipping charges will apply.
Please specify your shipping preferences for each part of the order (regular or priority).
Defective merchandise can be exchanged. Just contact your friends at RevHQ
mail-order (see our Contact Us page) to get additional details. Items that are damaged in shipping
can be exchanged. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving order.
Items can only be exchanged for the same item.
Returns and Exchanges
If you decide that you do not want something that you've ordered, we will
accept a return only if the merchandise is unopened and in new, re-sellable
condition (if it is clothing, it must be unworn and unwashed). We will give
you store credit provided that what you return is in new condition. Credit
must be used within two years of the date the original item was purchased.
We cannot accept returns on vinyl except as stated under the damaged goods
policy mentioned above.
We do our best to keep our prices low, consistant and accurate, however we can't control the prices that we are charged by our suppliers. All prices subject to change without notice. However, in the unlikely event that the price on an item has gone up after you have placed your order but before we have shipped it to you, we will make every effort to contact you and let you know.
T-Shirt designs change often and colors can vary depending on what
is on hand. You may get a shirt that is a different color from what is
A one time $4 charge will be added if you request your posters rolled in a tube, otherwise they
will be folded and added to your package.
There are no shipping and handling charges for stickers.
If an item is out of stock, we will not charge your credit card. In the event
that you mail in payment for an item that is out of stock, or you overpaid,
we'll keep a credit balance on your account, and list the credit amount on your
receipt. Then the next time you order, just mention the amount and that you'd like
your credit applied to the new order.
